Editor's Message
Dear Visitor,
In July 2015 the CV (Coast & Valley) Drum News turns ten years old. We are the news leader in Russwurmian journalism. The foundations of Russwurmian journalism, a term coined by INVR Standards / HHEW will be throughout the planned Russwurm Journalism Institute of the HHEW Colleges Project.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to this page that pays honor to the charter, current and future members of Epsilon Eta Boulé. This is not an official website, but merely one more positive spotlight on an organization that many consider to be Dr. W.E.B. DuBois's "Talented Tenth," or perhaps more accurately his later "Guiding Hundredth." Within this site you will find a host of information about Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Eta Boulé, the Archons that make it up, and equally important, positive stories about African-American achievement in Northern California's Central Valley and Central Coast. Epsilon Eta Boulé has thrived in the Stockton/Central Valley region of Northern California since 2009, and serves as host to some of the most distinguished African-American men in the area. I hope you enjoy your stay on this page and within California's Central Valley and Central Coast regions.
